Gets your emails into the inbox
New email addresses often land in spam. Warmerly “warms up” an address: it sends a few emails, gets replies, and slowly builds a good name with Gmail and Outlook.

Email outreach, built by our own platform engineer
Warmerly helps hospitality businesses find new bookings, partners and hires by email. It was built by Kristiyan Tsvetanov, the platform engineer at WHY Hospitality.
What it does
Warmerly is for sending email to many people at once without ending up in spam.
New email addresses often land in spam. Warmerly “warms up” an address: it sends a few emails, gets replies, and slowly builds a good name with Gmail and Outlook.
Write one email and a few follow-ups. Warmerly sends them to a list of people over several days and stops when someone replies.
Warmerly can set up new mailboxes for you (it calls this OneMail), so you do not have to risk your main business address.
Booking confirmations and deposit receipts. These are called transactional emails: they go out because a customer just did something.
Ways hospitality can use it
Most hospitality businesses get work from people they already know. Email is a calm way to reach the ones they do not know yet.
Companies book their Christmas party early. Email local firms in the summer, then follow up twice. A short, friendly note with your date and group size works best.
Wedding planners and event organisers send you repeat business. Introduce your venue to them and follow up. One good planner can bring many bookings.
B2B means selling to other businesses. Offices, schools and clubs often need lunch or buffet catering. Email the person who orders, and send a menu.
If you sell training or advice to pubs, restaurants and hotels, you need to reach owners and managers. Warmerly helps you send a first note and keep following up.
Reach hospitality employers who are struggling to hire. This links to WHY HATS, our hiring platform, so you can tell them about a better way to find staff.
Send a confirmation the moment someone books. It lands in the inbox, not in spam, and it can carry the date, the time and your contact details.
Best fit
Any hospitality business that wins work by talking to other businesses, not only to walk-in guests.

Questions
The things people usually ask before trying it.
Warmerly is a tool for sending email to many people at once. It helps your emails land in the inbox instead of the spam folder. It also sends a planned series of emails to a list of people, and it sends automatic emails such as booking confirmations. It was built by Kristiyan Tsvetanov, who is also the platform engineer at WHY Hospitality.
A new email address that suddenly sends lots of emails looks suspicious to Gmail and Outlook. Warming up means the address sends a small number of emails at first, gets replies, and slowly builds a good name. A good name means more of your emails reach the inbox.
No. There is no commission, discount or special offer agreed between WHY Hospitality and Warmerly. We list it because we know the person who built it and we think it can help hospitality businesses. You pay Warmerly's normal prices.
Often yes, but there are rules. In the UK, PECR (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and UK GDPR (the data protection law) apply. Emails to companies are treated more lightly than emails to individuals. Emails to sole traders and some partnerships are treated like emails to individuals. Always say who you are, send to people who would reasonably expect to hear from you, and make it easy to say stop. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Yes. Warmerly has a transactional email service. "Transactional" means an email that is sent because of something a customer just did, such as booking a table or paying a deposit. Your website or booking system can send these through Warmerly.
Not very. You connect an email address, add your list and write your emails. Some set-up steps, such as changing settings on your domain name, can feel technical. Warmerly has guides for this, and you can also ask us to point you in the right direction.
