Everything published here is attributed to a named person with a public professional record, not to the company. That is a deliberate choice: these articles are written by working hospitality professionals — founders, a WSET educator, an industry barista — and their own experience is the reason the writing is worth reading. Each author page collects that writer's articles in one place and links to the profile that backs up what they claim to do.

A writer appears on this page once their first article is live, so the list grows as the archive is approved for republishing. To read by subject instead, each writer runs one of the five newsletters, and the blog carries every article from every series in date order.
